Job Description
You will work in a startup with a highly experienced founder team (CEO Axel Schultze). As one of the first
team members on the business side you will be responsible to sell our available online advertising space
to marketing departments and agencies. XeeMe provides a unique social media advertising opportunity with
one of the highest click through rates in the industry. Our disruptive flat rate banner ad
model alleviates complicated advertising price models and makes it easy to sell. You will
work directly with the founder team and have a great career opportunity participating from
the exploding social media industry.
What we are looking for / what we need
* 2 years or more of successful advertising sales experience (required)
You know the people, you successfuly built relationships and sold advertising before.
* Positive and friendly attitude (required) – always have a smile, you are fun to work with.
* Experience in online social relationship building (Facebook, Twitter…)
What you will do at XeeMe
* Identify and get in touch with online advertisers such as marketing managers in innovative and leading
brands as well as innovative agencies. You know them from previous engagements.
* Help customers creating successful social media advertising campaigns.
* We train you to learn all about social media advertising.
* Successful closing and executing contracts. Be there when clients need you.
* Handling a very busy work schedule of large amount of daily sales contacts is critical.
* We train you to leverage social media to stay in touch with hundreds of contacts.
* You can do all that from your home office if you like.
Compensation
* Base salary and uncapped commission
* Options package after 6 month
* Health & dental insurance after 6 month
